Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused yarn skeins or home accessories in their original packaging to ensure they remain clean and protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
